We’re glad you’re here. This introductory course welcomes you into a safe, supportive space where parents move beyond surface-level advice. Inside the Lab, we have real conversations, share practical tools, and grow together as we navigate parenting with intention and care.

How Membership Works (Why the Fee)

Coach Kenyatte’s Family Leaders Lab™ is $25 per month. Your membership sustains the integrity and quality of this space. It allows Coach Kenyatte to dedicate time and energy to creating meaningful experiences, guiding thoughtful conversations, moderating for safety, keeping the community free from spam, and thanking guest experts who deepen our learning. It also supports the development of tools, discussions, and programming tailored to the group’s needs. Membership isn’t just access, it’s an investment in the care, consistency, and leadership that make this community valuable. Note: Local meetups and special events may be offered separately for an additional fee.

Course Structure (Estimated time: 45–60 minutes)

Module 1: Our Values and Agreements

  • Review confidentiality and consent guidelines.
  • Action: Post a short intro (family, wins, current challenge).

Module 2: Tools and Core Topics

  • Explore focus areas: communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, routines, school partnership.
  • Download the Starter Toolkit (prompts, scripts, reflection guide).
  • Action: Choose one tool to try this week and share your plan.

Module 3: Participation Playbook

  • How we meet: weekly discussions, monthly workshops, office hours.
  • How to ask for support and give constructive feedback.
  • Action: Set notification preferences and RSVP to the next live session.

Module 4: Your 30-Day Engagement Plan

  • Set one parenting goal and one community goal.
  • Create a simple check-in routine to track progress.
  • Action: Complete the 5-question check-in; invite a co-caregiver if helpful.
